Atelier Vaïa is looking for a sharp, aesthetic-driven Creative Strategist to help elevate our paid content and scale our Meta Ads performance.

We’re a young brand rooted in quiet confidence, minimal elegance and European sensibility, and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for someone who can combine performance instincts with creative flair, to help us craft ad angles, scripts, briefs and UGC concepts that convert and reflect our brand.

What you’ll do

• Ideate & write high-converting Meta ad angles (video, static, carousel)
• Collaborate on briefs for creators, AI generation or in-house content
• Analyse creative performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain and evolve our visual tone across paid channels
  
  

Who you are

• You speak the language of scroll-stopping hooks & subtle branding
• You have experience managing or ideating for Meta Ads (essential)
• Bonus: you’re comfortable with AI image generation tools
• You understand the codes of elegant, Pinterest-style fashion brands
• You’re independent, proactive, and love building from the inside
